This year will be my sixteenth year in education.  I have always viewed my professional life as a journey rather than a destination.  In my fifteen years of education I have served as an instructional technology teacher for grades K-8, a kindergarten teacher, a 4th grade teacher, and as a curriculum facilitator in Johnston County.  This marks my first year as a School Improvement Coach at Lee Woodard Elementary School.  I attended Lee Woodard as an elementary student and am a product of the WCS system.  I am excited to have this amazing opportunity to work at the place where my educational journey began.  I cannot imagine being a part of any other profession except for education.  Being an educator is truly one of my greatest callings.

Here's a little bit of information about me.  I have an amazing wife of 15 years, two handsome boys (Brogan 5 and Braylen 3) and two beautiful girls (Bryleigh 8 and Jackie 6), and a very hyper and loving Australian Shepherd named Charlie.  I am a HUGE Disney fan.  Mickey Mouse has always been my absolute favorite character.  I love to travel, read, and drink coffee.  My wife and I recently attended a missions trip to Haiti where we helped to build an orphanage and a school.  It was truly a life-changing experience.

I look forward to working with the staff, parents, students, and community here at Lee Woodard.  Together we are going to make this an amazing year!
